You know you're in England when....

you own more umbrellas than you do shoes

you have 10+ photos of Big Ben

you can only get two temperatures of water on the tap: scorching and freezing

on a sunny day, you leave your house with a sweater because you know it’s gonna be freezing later

after partying, you go for a mandatory kebab

Your travel card is more valuable to you than your credit card

If you walk 100 feet in either direction from your front door you end up at an old church

you buy everything you need at the high street

you’re thinking of dying your hair, or pieces of your hair, pink/blue/green/purple because it’s cool

Jacket potatoes are a side at every meal you eat

everything is expensive to you

you have more appreciation for the radiator than you’ve ever had or ever will have again

you know that door knobs don’t exist here

you drink sambuca even though you hate liquorice

all your shoes are waterproof/ water-resistant

you realize that there is no limit to how much tea a human being can ingest in any given day

cucumber and cheese sandwiches taste amazing to you

you put tuna fish on everything

you order beer by the pint, not the bottle

you go to the doctor alot, just because it’s free

and finally…..

you know you’re in England when you don’t want to go back home!!!!!!
