We are seeking a graduate calibre candidate, with some experience of Web development to join a fast paced and rapidly growing division of Steak. This is a fantastic opportunity to build and develop your skills.

The applicant will have displayed a genuine passion for SEO, internet marketing and web development.

They must be creative, motivated, proactive and have good organisational skills.

You will be joining an existing team and will be responsible for the day-to-day management of a number of clients across a wide range of sectors. This includes direct client contact and in the future, responsibility of your own portfolio.

Applicants must be able to work both independently and as an efficient and proactive team member.

Key Accountabilities: • Content creation • Keyword research • Monitor website performance based on SEO activities • Analyse and report on performance metrics • Competitive market audits • Assess and introduce inbound link building strategies • Producing monthly SEO reports on the performance of client websites detailing the impact of work carried out • Making recommendations using your SEO skills / Knowledge to grow traffic on the site • Working closely with key stakeholders in the company to support projects and make sure their delivery is “SEO friendly” • Maintain a record of all SEO implementations made on client websites • You will be expected to stay up to date in new developments in SEO

Candidate requirements:
• Some SEO experience would be beneficial and knowledge of search engine algorithms
• Ability to specify technical changes to technical / development teams
• Experience in managing a website, updating content, images & copywriting
• Understanding of CSS, HTML and W3C standards
• Appreciation of web analytics and techniques
• Excellent written and numeracy skills and familiarity with Excel
• Good communicator, both written and verbal
• Educated to A-Level standard as a minimum requirements
