Salary: £20-22,000 per annum

My client is expanding and they are seeking to employ a field sales representative to be a part of their growing team. The successful person will support and maximise the effectiveness of the Account and Business Development teams by providing high quality, sales qualified leads by working together towards a defined revenue target. The role will include:

- Work with the Marketing and Sales teams to develop and execute targeted campaigns around a proposition or vertical market
- Develop creative approaches and multilevel engagement within targets
- Identify opportunities, produce leads and potential appointments for the sales force with the emphasis on high quality leads
- Proactively follow up on leads from all sources/campaigns - canvassing, inbound, outbound, events, digital and referrals
- Use digital and social media to identify contacts, accounts and pain points to allow targeted needs base approach
- Use initiative to identify and follow up contacts and accounts and expand our exposure to customers and prospects
- Work closely with stakeholders from across the business to understand and articulate the company values
- Manage the CRM database to a high degree of accuracy to ensure targeted marketing activity can take place to generate new business and smooth handover at all stages of the sales cycle
- Contribute to the team performance by sharing and implementing best practice Ideas

Requirements:

- Excellent telephone skills
- Experience of working within a telesales or telemarketing role with demonstrable results
- Highly literate with strong IT skills, comfortable with multi-channel communication - digital, social, email, phone and face to face
- Highly motivated self-starter with a desire to succeed
- Strong drive for results
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Ability to work under pressure and demands high standards of themselves
- Ability to persuade, influence and build relationships at all levels
- Ability to build strong working relationships (internal and external)
