Associate Urban Designer

Due to continuous business growth this buoyant office that are part of an established group are looking for an Associate Urban Designer. They have a national presence and encompass Urban Design, Landscape Architecture, Planning and environmental services to a host of clients.

You will be developing and winning new business with your commercial acumen and using presentations as a tool for negotiation working with regional and national clients. Its a hands on role where you wil prepare design proposals and manage an internal team.

We are looking to hear from candidates who have first rate graphic and presentation skills within the residential sector. You will be confident in being the interface with clients . carrying out feasibility studies, development briefs and working to tight timescales.

This role has genuine chances of progressing within the hierarchy and will include a healthy salary with a car or allowance. They work in a modern office with good motorway and transport links.
