Job Description
* The Brand/Marketing Manager will be responsible for the UK will be responsible for developing & owning the UK marketing strategy
* Act as a customer champion and lead the development and implementation of segment and marketing communication strategies
* This role will have two Go-To-Market Manager direct reports
* Understand critical customer needs, motivations, pain points in this market segment
* Lead the development, execution and measurement of integrated sales and marketing campaigns working with Category Managers, eCommerce Manager, Creative and Production Manager, and Sales to develop segment-relevant, high quality assets and to execute via email, digital, advertising, exhibitions and events, PR, brochures, POS and merchandising and other marketing tactics, based on real-world insights
* Hunting & developing relationships with agencies to support the execution plan
* Responsible for monitoring market news and industry developments for opportunities to engage our key segments with our products and thought leadership
* Managing all aspects of CRM including customer acquisition, retention and reactivation, campaign selection and targeting, in conjunction with the digital team
* Establish strong working relationships with Marketing Communications teams to ensure effective sharing of knowledge and assets and providing support as required to accelerate international growth
* Work collaboratively within the global marketing department to help define and drive marketing excellence
Skill Set
* You must have 4-6 years previous marketing experience including digital marketing
* Direct people management essential
* Experience in utilising marketing data analysis to full effect
* Experience in motivating and inspiring a marketing team whilst being a good team player with cross functional working skills
* Clear demonstration of strong commercial acumen and strategic capability
* Strong retail experience
