Conversion Rate Optimisation Executive

We are the largest life insurance brokerage in the UK helping over 150,000 people protect their families each year. The marketing department here is anything but ordinary though. Not only do we provide the marketing to grow our life insurance business we also operate as a digital agency working with some of the largest brands within the industry.

-We are looking for an experienced CRO Executive to help drive our optimisation strategy and support the generation of over 600,000 customer enquiries each year.

-This is an exciting opportunity for the right individual to make their mark within a large organisation. We have doubled our size in the last 18 months and expected to grow by a further 50% next year which creates plenty of career growth opportunities.

-Whilst we aren't a household name we spend circa £22million per annum on paid media.

Key Responsibilities

* Support the end-to-end optimisation testing process, including prioritisation, requirements gathering, test implementation, measurement, and next-step recommendations

* Experience building and launching tests using CRO tools and platforms (VWO, Optimizely, Google Optimise etc.)

* Continuous analysis and evaluation of website conversion rates across all campaigns to improve performance

* Liaise with the campaign management team to setup new conversion rate tests and to report on the results.

Skills and Experience

-Passionate about all things digital.

-At least 6 months experience of conversion rate optimisation with a proven track record of delivering successful conversion rate tests.

-Sound knowledge of digital marketing practices and channels such as Google Analytics, SEO, PPC and social media

-Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills

-Excellent excel skills to analyse data

-Excellent time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines

-Excellent attention to detail

-Strong analytical skills to interrogate data and draw conclusions

-Excellent reporting skills with a proactive approach.

-Ability to work to tight deadlines and deliver results.
