Customer Care Advisor

Our client has a permanent vacancy for a Customer Care Advisor. Ideally you will have previous experience of working in a busy Customer Care environment – there is a high volume of calls and emails - and used to dealing with enquiries on stock availability, stock returns, pricing and invoice queries and order deliveries. However, if you don’t have this experience but can demonstrate these key skills we would like to hear from you.

You will enjoy working with people, be confident talking to customers on the telephone and enjoy problem solving. You’ll also have a flexible and helpful attitude and a true desire to resolve problems.

You must be PC literate and familiar with Microsoft Office and have good written and spoken English communication skills. Training will be provided for the in-house database.
