Reception duties including answering the telephone, greeting visitors opening post.
Administration/processing of ANCs/Minor Works.
Administration/processing of Damage Forms.
Administration of HR documentation/maintenance of records.
Processing of Overtime claim Forms.
Procurement including Purchases for schools, Sub Contract Orders and Stationery/Office Orders.
Processing/logging of Invoices for payment.
Production of Data for Monthly Report.
Filing of site and office documents
Production of standard documents and updating/maintaining of existing Project Documents/templates.
