Financial Administrator | Flexible hours | Rutland

An up and coming company experiencing continued success are looking for a Financial Administrator to support the organic growth of the business.
As Financial Administrator, you will be experienced in using Xero accounting software, be hot on financial admin and have fabulous organisational skills.
You will play a key part in this small, supportive team of likeminded individuals.
This job as Financial Administrator is flexible (will consider part time) and working hours can be agreed to suit the right candidate. If you wish to work from home then please do enquire as this will also be considered.

The Job

As Financial Administrator, you will be involved in a variety of tasks including keeping the Xero accounting system up to date, dealing with purchase & sale invoices and working with external accountants, dealing with their queries.
You will be responsible for employee salaries and staff expenses as well as quarterly VAT returns and PAYE payments.
You will be dealing with customers and suppliers plus other ad-hoc administration and organisation duties.
There will also be opportunities for you to get more involved with making different financial decisions and recommendations to the business once you become settled in the job.

The Candidate

You'll have excellent booking keeping skills and experience of working with Xero in the past.
Previous experience as a Financial Administrator is a huge plus.
Most importantly, a "can do" attitude and excellent organisational and communication skills are key in this Financial Administration job.
