Our client are now looking for ambitious and self-determined graduates to join their team of Business Development Executives and continue to build on their reputation of service excellence.

Graduate Business Development Executive Package:

A competitive basic salary of £22-£25k (dependent on experience)

Graduate Business Development Executive Role:

Gain a thorough understanding of the company, its offering and the market it operates within, in order to have valuable conversations with clients
Using researching tools and techniques to generate new leads and to build a strong pipeline for the sales team
Speak to prospective clients via phone calls and emails, building business relationships, creating an initial interest in the company offering and booking sales meetings
Maintain strong business relationships within existing client accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and seeking any cross and up-sell opportunities
Manage and maintain the company CRM system, ensuring all client information and sales activity is input accurately
Work closely with your team and the Sales Managers daily to ensure you are reflecting the company’s passionate commitment to delivering their service
Graduate Business Development Executive Requirements:

Educated to degree level
Possess strong listening, communication, presentation and discovery skills
Passionate about technology and helping clients
Ability to multi-task and prioritise work in a fast-paced dynamic environment
Self-motivated, with a strong desire to succeed
