A leading Asset Finance organisation, our client helps grow businesses through innovative leasing solutions. Adding lease options to business portfolios, their offering provides flexible and efficient finance solutions to a huge host of differing organisations.

Our client are now looking for ambitious graduates to join their team of Business Development Managers, working with both prospect and existing clients to develop new business opportunities.

Business Development Manager Package: 

A competitive basic salary of £22,000

Business Development Manager Role:

Develop existing reseller, distributor  and manufacturer partnerships to introduce the company product range and e-commerce platforms
Use researching tools and techniques to build relationships with new/dormant partners and sales prospects, introducing the company offering and how it can benefit them and their business
Book meetings between key decision makers at target accounts, meeting them to identify their requirements and articulate the company product range
Plan approaches and pitches by working with the Management team to develop presentations and proposals that meet the client’s needs, concerns and objectives
Handle objections by clarifying, emphasising agreements, and working through differences to a positive conclusion
Maintain strong relationships with your existing client accounts, maintaing contact, ensuring they are still satisfied with the company offering and seeking any cross and up-sell opportunities
Business Development Manager Requirements:

Educated to degree level
Possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable working in a target-driven environment
IT literate
Self-motivated, with a strong desire to succeed
