Our client are now looking for logical and adaptable graduates to join their IT Operations team and help to manage the increasing customer demand for their products.

Graduate Customer Operations Analyst Role:

Working in a hybrid cloud infrastructure environment, the role will be focused on supporting internal and cloud infrastructure, as well as project-based work. Responsibilities will include:

Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners
Supporting the company’s internal and cloud infrastructure
Monitoring and maintaining systems and networks
Working with the Sales team to provide solutions for the customers
Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests
Providing technical support across the company (in person, by email and over the phone)
Setting up accounts for new users
Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary
Learning about and testing new technology
Assigning, resolving and escalating helpdesk requests
Graduate Customer Operations Analyst Requirements:

Educated to degree level  in a STEM elated subject
Possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Computer literate
Self-motivated, with a strong desire to succeed
A team player, who can also work autonomously
