Junior Project Engineer Role:

Gain a comprehensive knowledge of the company offering and the markets it operates within, in order to have valuable conversations with clients
Research prospect organisations, creating an initial interest in the company offering and booking meetings with key decision makers
Support the set-up of new projects with your allocated existing and new organisations
Manage projects from initial proposals through to completion, working with both the client and other teams within the business
Maintain relationships with clients, ensuring expectations are managed and met, seeking any up or cross-sell opportunities and ultimately securing ongoing business from your clients
Junior Project Engineer Requirements:

Educated to degree level in an Engineering related subject
Possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills – you must really enjoy engaging with others on a regular basis
Highly organised, with excellent time management skills
Technical capabilities 
Team player, with the ability to work autonomously
Self-motivated, with a strong desire to succeed
