During a period of significant growth, we are looking to appoint Senior Recruitment Consultants into our Accountancy & Finance, HR and Sales & Marketing teams in Leeds.

Main duties will consist of;
* Candidate generation
* Meeting candidates to understand their career needs and ambitions
* Business generation
* Introducing vetted candidates to companies/contacts with matching needs
* Relationship management
* Maintain existing relationships, seeking opportunities to maximise sales
* Writing and posting of adverts
* Become a leader and expert in your market
* Events - identify networking opportunities
* Consistently hit sales/revenue targets
