We are looking for a driven, enthusiastic Graduate Recruitment Resourcer to join our successful operation in Salford, Manchester.

About You:

You will have a degree and be educated to University standard
You will be highly organised, efficient and will have the ability to be able to manage your time and workload
You will have strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
You will be results focussed
You will be resilient
You will be able to maintain confidentiality of important information and data
You will work well under pressure and be comfortable working to targets and deadlines
Key responsibilities include:

Supporting Recruiters with the end to end recruitment process
Pro-actively facilitate the matching process of candidate to client requirements
Proactively manage and maintain our database of candidates
Provide an excellent candidate experience
Telephone screen, interview and register candidates in line with company standards
Resource candidates from job boards and relevant sources
Format CV's in line with client requirements
Support the end to end onboarding process
Ensure that all working contractors comply with client and statutory requirements
Complete any other general administrative duties
