Sales Development Representative Package:

A competitive basic salary of £35,000

Sales Development Representative Role:

Obtain a comprehensive knowledge of the company offering and the markets it operates within, in order to have detailed and valuable conversations with prospects
Develop leads from Marketing and a targeted list of accounts into Sales ready opportunities to build a healthy commercial pipeline, proactively contacting them through phone calls, emails and personalised social media outreach
Research and develop new accounts to build out org maps, contact lists and develop them into new opportunities for sales
Book/Schedule initial discovery meetings for senior members of the sales team with key decision makers at target accounts
Provide the sales team with comprehensive information on each new opportunity to enable a seamless handoff of prospect to Account Director
Manage and maintain the company CRM system (Salesforce), tracking all activity and progress and ensuring all contact and lead information is 100% accurate
Sales Development Representative Requirements:

Educated to degree level
Possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills – you must really enjoy engaging with others on a regular basis
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target driven environment
Highly organised, with excellent time management skills  
Self-motivated, with a strong desire to succeed
Experience using Salesforce is desirable
