Legal Secretary - Dispute Resolution

My client is an award winning law firm with an excellent reputation for providing long term support to their clients. They current have an opportunity for a full-time Legal Secretary within their Dispute Resolution team.
Responsibilities will include:
* Providing general secretarial support including diary management & booking appointments, editing speech recognition documents, billing and some digital dictation, file opening & closing, & minute taking at departmental meetings etc
* Producing court bundles and collating documents to go to Counsel/Experts
* Dealing with client enquiries both in person and by phone
* Liaising with the Accounts Department over billing queries
The ideal candidate will have previous legal secretarial experience and must be able to demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills. You must be computer literate with a fast and accurate typing speed. You will ideally have previous experience of digital dictation and practice management systems and be able to provide a high standard of client service. Excellent organisational skills, effective prioritisation of workload and time management skills are also required.
