Legal Secretary - Litigation/Dispute Resolution

Sue Ross Legal are currently seeking an experienced Litigation Secretary to join a fantastic firm of solicitors based at their Doncaster office.

You will be responsible for;

• Audio and copy typing legal documents
• Amending and formatting existing documents
• Maintaining manual and electronic filing systems
• Diary management
• Organising meetings and appointments
• Liaising with clients and third parties via the telephone and email
• Conducting varied admin tasks as required

To be considered for this role you will have experience gained as a Litigation secretary in a law firm already. The successful candidate will be have excellent audio and copy typing speeds. You will have a fantastic phone manner along with excellent written and verbal communication skills. You must also demonstrate the ability to manage a demanding and varied workload.
