About the Role?

To manage a team of first rate Motor Insurance Claims Handlers, helping them to manage claims effectively (to deliver the right outcome for our Customers and Insurance business). This role is a 'lead by example' position, you will relish the opportunity to endorse the company behaviours and values  - helping to shape and mould staff.

A team Leader effectively deals with complaints. Auditing a minimum of 5 file audits per handler per month, highlighting trends, training and development needs along with driving integral data within the claim file and prompt correct liability decision making.

Participate in the design, development and implementation of new claims management process improvements and assist with the design and delivery of training.

Be the main technical referral point for the team with the ability to display a thorough knowledge on areas of indemnity, liability, recovery and quantifying claims. Impart technical knowledge, make your team the best of the best.

About You?

You will be an outstanding Insurance professional with excellent motor claims experience, ideally completed or working towards Cert CII qualification, be a proven leader of Claims specialists. ​
