Job Title: PA/Payroll/Accounts Assistant
Location: Sevenoaks
Salary: £30,000

The Role:

My Client is actively seeking an additional member to their team, you will already be a PA who has responsibility for Payroll and Bookkeeping. Discretion is key for this position as this role is pivotal to their business.

You will be supporting the Board of Directors, maintaining confidentiality and building a strategic relationship with the management team. Providing on going secretarial support encompassing the following:

- Reading monitoring and responding to MD`s emails
- Preparing correspondence on the MD`s behalf
- Diary management/planning and organising meetings
- Taking action points and writing minutes
- Taking dictation
- Planning and organising events

Other areas of responsibility includes:

- Payroll and Pensions using a sage system.
- HR
- Accounts to trial balance

Requirements:

To fulfill this role you will need to have previous experience of working as a PA to a Management Team along with the processing of Payroll of Pensions, Bookkeeping and HR.
