Payroll Administrator

Prestige Recruitment Specialists are currently recruiting for our client based in the village of Preston - near Hull. An exciting new opportunity has arisen for an Payroll Administrator to join the busy Finance team at the Preston site.
The main purpose of the role is to ensure the accurate and timely preparation of a weekly payroll.
About you:
* Previous payroll experience essential
* Strong IT and Excel ability
* Good interpersonal and communication skills
* Accuracy
Responsibilities will be:
* Preparation of the weekly payroll
* Prepare and issue Daily Hours KPI Reports
* Weekly Departmental Labour Report
* Maintenance of clocking system
* Administration of the pension Auto Enrolment process
* Cover and assist all other payroll tasks
* Maintain confidentiality regarding the work that is carried out
* Conduct yourself in a responsible and courteous manner at all times
* Highlight areas of improvement
This role is Monday to Friday 8am - 16:00 based and is Maternity cover.
