Purchase Ledger and Payroll Assistant, Caernarfon, North Wales

We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Purchase Ledger & Payroll Assistant to work in a busy manufacturing environment based in Caernarfon, North Wales.

The main duties of the Purchase Ledger and Payroll Assistant, Caernarfon, North Wales will be:

* To manage supplier accounts; matching invoices, reconciling statements, accounts and queries
* Ensuring payments to suppliers are signed off and paid in accordance with agreed terms
* Processing invoices and allocating them to the accounts
* Liaising with suppliers in dealing with their queries
* Identifying purchase invoices to orders and/or delivery notes
* Opening and distributing external mail
* Managing the administration of weekly payroll activities and sending through to the Company payroll department in an accurate and timely manner

To be successful in the Purchase Ledger and Payroll Assistant, Caernarfon, North Wales job you must:

* Have 3+ years experience of purchase ledger and payroll
* Be proficient on Sage 50
* Be competent on Microsoft packages, especially Excel, Word and Outlook
* Be proactive, flexible and self-motivated
* Have the ability to prioritise your own workload

This vacancy is being offered on a temporary basis until June 2017. Hours of work will be 8am-5pm Monday to Friday with an annual salary of circa £18,000 depending on experience.
