This position will be working alongside an experienced team. The role is primarily telephone-based, working with candidates to promote employment opportunities as well as dealing with customer service activities, such as arranging interviews and updating candidates on the progress of job applications. There will be a mixture of in-bound and out-bound telephone calls.

The ideal candidate will come from a telephone-based sales or customer service background.
Role responsibilities:
This role will support the Recruitment Consultant team throughout all stages of the recruitment cycle. Duties will include, but are not limited to:
* Speaking to prospective and active job seekers to Inform and promote relevant vacancy opportunities, under the direction of the Recruitment team.
* Managing the scheduling of candidate interviews.
* Maintaining the acute accuracy of candidate records on an internal database to ensure all information is up to date.
* To provide regular updates to candidates regarding the status of on-going applications and vacancy status.
* To aid the Recruitment team in the generation of new candidates through the use of social media, electronic mailers, referrals and resurrections.
* Maintaining a thorough understanding of all active vacancies and clients.
* To reject unsuccessful candidates for vacancies, as directed by the Recruitment team.
* To maintain strong business relationships with all external customers.
* To support the generation of revenue in a defined geographical area.
* To maintain exceptional levels of customer service at all times.
