Senior Review Officer

My client is a leading global wealth and investment manager who offers brokerage services and research to private and intermediary clients globally. They are now seeking to employ an experienced 'Senior Review Officer' i.e. Regulated Complaints Specialist.

Based in the Client Relations Department the job requires resolution of regulatory complaints including, endowments, pensions, investments & all other regulated complaints, along with experience of redress calculations and an understanding of the complaints lifecycle within the financial industry. You will be required to present well-reasoned arguments at a senior level and present case decisions to internal/external clients. Strong negotiating skills are advantageous to facilitate a resolution to a complaint, obtaining co-operation from operational areas and third party product providers.

You will preferably have full FPC 1, 2 & 3 or CEFA qualifications or Advanced Pensions Qualifications ie. G60

The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong planning and organisational skills and will be committed to providing a high level of customer service at all times. You will liaise with stakeholders at a very senior level so must possess fluent spoken & written English and have first class communication skills. A good understanding of FCA & FOS regulations are a must for this role and you MUST possess previous experience of dealing with at least one of 1) Endowments 2) Pensions or 3) Investments regulated complaints to be considered for the role.
