Temporary Finance Administrator

Sue Ross Recruitment are working with a public sector client based in Sheffield City Centre who are looking for a Finance Administrator for c.4months to work as part of their Financial Team. The successful candidate will be a strong administrator with a keen eye for detail, who enjoys working to strict deadlines and thrives in varied role.

Key duties and responsibilities include:
- Inputting pay data for all payrolls on the centralised systems
- Updating spreadsheets
- Updating the pensions portal
- Managing supplier statements
- Setting up and monitoring new supplier invoices
- Creating and sending letters
- General administration support

It is essential to have previous financial and administrator experience to be considered for this position. You will be required to work both independently as well as part of a team. The ideal candidate will be committed and demonstrate excellent organisation and time management skills.
