Trainee Credit Control Administrator

Our client - a reputable national business are seeking a Trainee to join their Accounts Receivable Team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the general administration on the credit control desk providing a high level of customer service to both internal and external customers. They will also provide support to the credit control team. Excellent training will be provided with an opportunity for progression within the company.

Roles and Responsibilities
* To provide administrative support to credit control team.
* Provide ad hoc reports, admin support and supply customer service of a very high standard
* To provide additional support to cover Credit Controller during absence
* Produce letters from information supplied by the Credit Controller
* Administer finance agreements within the designated area
* Process Direct Debit collections

Requirements
* Strong Communication skills
* Develop effective working relationships
* High level of accuracy and attention to detail
* IT Literate with working knowledge of Microsoft PC applications
* Strong team player with an ability to work on their own initiative
* Credit control/Accounting experience not required
* Clean Driving Licence

Please note - during seasonal peaks overtime may be required including early starts and Saturday mornings.
