Assistant Accountant

Due to internal promotion we seek an influential and charismatic Assistant Accountant to work within the Record to Report team based in Salford Quays.

The Role

* Play a pivotal role in in the busy Month End Process, and ensure it is completed according to challenging deadlines
* The timely preparation of Journals, and uploading of financial results
* Balance sheet reconciliations
* Apply problem solving skills to investigate and review any anomalies that may arise
* Business partnering with different stakeholders of varying seniority

The Person

* Actively studying towards their AAT, ACCA, or CIMA professional qualifications (we offer a super study package)
* Double Entry Bookkeeping experience
* Ambitious with a desire to progress and establish a career within Bupa
* Strong communication, and stakeholder management skills
* Meticulous eye for detail
* Pro-active and keen to develop and learn new skills
