The Role - Mathematics Graduate - Luton, Bedfordshire

Located in Bedfordshire, this Secondary School are eager to appoint a recent Maths Graduate, with a 2:1 or higher, to start as soon as possible, until the end of the academic year to take on Teaching Assistant, Cover Supervisor and Instructor roles throughout the school.

Staff development is important within this school, and they are keen to hire someone who wants to progress in their teaching career with the school and is looking for a long term role.

You will possess excellent communication skills and a good general level of education to support students in enhancing the learning of a small group of students in a classroom setting.

Be able to tailor your teaching styles to ensure that all students feel supported within their education.

Hold a relevant Degree qualification with at least a 2:1.

The Candidate - Mathematics Graduate - Bedfordshire

The successful candidate for this Maths Graduate role will hold a relevant Degree qualification
Prepare and deliver high quality and engaging lessons to a range of classes and students with different needs within Key Stage 3 and 4
Be able to monitor and manage students behavioural patterns
Be available for an immediate start until the end of the academic year
Be proactive, and be willing to assist the Teacher, and work 1:1 and within small groups running interventions
You will be a confident, passionate and an engaging individual with amazing communication skills, who can easily build rapport and successful relationships with students and staff alike
