This is a fully-serviced student residence with a building manager overseeing day-to-day management, onsite maintenance and housekeeping teams. The residence offers a choice of en-suites and studio rooms at all-inclusive rents including; all bills, 12mb internet provision, outdoor courtyard, kitchen/bedding pack). Contract lengths are available on a 51 week (rack rate) or 43 week tenancy, (43 week contracts are charged at an increased rate).
