Win a Trip to Ireland

Prizes are not transferable and have no redeemable value. Your trip must begin by the 24th April, 2013 at the latest. Only valid for travel on standard departures. Travel black-out periods may apply e.g. Christmas, Easter, Bank Holidays, etc. Reservations can only be changed up to 7 days prior to departure by email. Any changes within 7 days of departure will not be accepted. Unless specifically stated prizes do NOT include meals. Standard terms & conditions apply.

Terms and conditions

1. Between midnight at the end of the day on 5th November 2012 and 2pm on the 3rd December 2012 (the "Promotional Period") we will be offering our users the chance to win a 3 Day Sothern Rocker Tour of Ireland for you and a friend with Shamrocker Adventures worth over £400.
2. The winner will be chosen at random from those who ‘Like' the specified picture on Facebook and sign up to our newsletter during the Promotional Period. At the end of the Promotional Period, the names of those who ‘liked' the image and signed up to the newsletter will be collated and the winning user will be chosen at random. Only one ‘like' and one sign-up per person will be entered into the draw. No purchase is necessary.
3. This promotion is open to all users of Foreign Students who are over the age of 16, excluding employees of ForeignStudents.com Ltd.
4. Entry to the free prize draw is subject to these rules which you agree to be bound by. If you have a query regarding this free prize draw, you do not wish to be automatically entered or if you would like to donate your prize please email info@foreignstudents.com
5. The Winner will be notified via email / facebook and this will contain details of the 3 Day Southern Rocker for two and instructions on how you can redeem the prize. You will not be notified if you are unsuccessful.
6. Prizes are non-transferable. Neither the prize nor any part of it can be exchanged for cash or any alternative. If in our reasonable opinion the prize proves inappropriate or becomes unavailable, we may alter or substitute part or all of the prize and replace it with a prize of equal or similar value.
7. We will make reasonable efforts to make the name of the winner available from week commencing 3rd December 2012. This can be requested by sending a stamped addressed envelope to: Foreign Students Prize Draw, Crowndean House, 26 Bruton Lane, London W1J 6JH.
8. The draw decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
9. We shall have the right, where necessary, to undertake all such action as is reasonable to protect against fraudulent or invalid claims, including, without limitation, to require further verification as to the identity, age or other relevant details of prize winners.
10. We may, acting reasonably and in accordance with all relevant laws and codes of practice, delay the timing of the prize draw and/or vary the terms and conditions of this promotion.
11. By entering into this prize draw, you agree that your personal information may be processed by us as the controller of such personal information. The information will be used for the purpose of running this promotion in addition to any existing purposes for which Foreign Students already processes your personal information.
